Store Policy

• All sales are final. No returns or exchanges.
• All sales are to be made in store only to receive perks and benefits offered at the store
• An account is required to make a purchase at our flagship store. However, if you would not like to create an account with us for any reasons, you are welcome to place an order without an account.  Your order(s) that are placed without an account will not be available for points collection from our membership program.
• We are a cashless store. We accept credit cards (Visa, Master Card, JCB,
  AMEX, Union Pay), debit cards, Alipay, WeChat Pay, and bank transfer.
• Made to order pieces can be picked up at the store or shipped to your address, which must be given at the time of the order and cannot be changed
• For international shipping of your order, a flat rate shipping fee of THB 1,500 will be added to your invoice. This amount will not be included in your PATTARAPHAN IRL Membership points collection. We are not responsible for duties and taxes that may incur at your designated country.

An account is required to make a purchase at our flagship store, located at Thonglor Soi 13. Only your name, phone number and email will be required to register an account with us. Only one account is allowed per customer

Your membership is automatically created with an account at our store and the points are automatically collected from your first purchase onwards.

POINTS COLLECTION

• For each THB 1,000 spent per a regular order, you will earn 100 points in our system. Each 100 points can be redeemed for a THB 100 discount.
• We round down the amount spent per order. For instance, a purchase of THB 4,900 earns 400 points.
• The points in your account will never expire
• Maximum points that you can earn per order is 10,000 points. For example, if the total amount of your order is THB 100,000, you will earn 10,000 points. At the same time, if the total amount of your order is THB 150,000, you will also earn 10,000 points.

POINTS USAGE

• Points can be redeemed as discounts from May 1, 2023 onwards
• Maximum points available to redeem for a discount on full priced items is 1000 points (THB 1,000)
• Maximum points available to redeem for a discount on discounted items or during a sale is 500 points (THB 500)
• Redemption points can be used once per month
• For purchases that use points to enjoy a discount, such purchases will not earn points
• We reserve the right to hold special promotions for points usage
• We reserve the right to set our blackout period (points cannot be redeemed during this period), without notifying our clients in advance. Our regular blackout period is December of every year.

All store purchases are final sale. No returns or exchanges, except in the case of faulty, damaged, or incorrect items.

ทั้งนี้คุณลูกค้าใช้เพียงชื่อ หมายเลขโทรศัพท์ และอีเมลในการสมัครบัญชีสมาชิก โดยลูกค้าหนึ่งท่านจะมีแค่หนึ่งบัญชีเท่านั้น พนักงานของเราจะสร้างบัญชีให้ท่านที่หน้าร้าน และทำการสะสมคะแนนให้โดยอัตโนมัตินับจากออเดอร์แรกเป็นต้นไป

การสะสมแต้ม

• สำหรับยอดการสั่งซื้อ 1,000 บาท คุณลูกค้าจะได้รับแต้มสะสม 100 แต้ม โดยสามารถใช้ 100 แต้ม เป็นส่วนลด 100 บาท
• เราจะปัดเศษจำนวนเงินลง  เช่น หากยอดสั่งซื้อของคุณลูกค้าคือ 4,900 บาท คุณจะได้รับแต้มสะสม 400 แต้ม
• แต้มสะสมไม่มีวันหมดอายุ สามารถเก็บไว้ใช้ได้ตลอดไป
• แต้มสูงสุดที่คุณสามารถสะสมต่อการสั่งซื้อคือ 10,000 แต้ม หากยอดรวมการสั่งซื้อของคุณต่อวันนั้นๆคือ 100,000 บาท คุณจะได้รับ 10,000 แต้ม หากยอดรวมการสั่งซื้อต่อวันของคุณคือ 150,000 บาท คุณจะได้รับแต้มสะสม 10,000 แต้มเช่นกัน

การใช้แต้ม

• สามารถใช้แต้มเป็นส่วนลดได้ตั้งแต่วันที่ 1 พฤษภาคม 2566 เป็นต้นไป
• สามารถใช้แต้มแลกเป็นส่วนลดสำหรับสินค้าราคาเต็มได้สูงสุดครั้งละ 1,000 แต้ม = ส่วนลด 1,000 บาท 
• สามารถใช้แต้มแลกเป็นส่วนลด สำหรับสินค้าลดราคา หรือใช้ร่วมกับโปรโมชั่นลดราคาอื่นๆที่ร้านได้สูงสุดครั้งละ 500 แต้ม = ส่วนลด 500 บาท เท่านั้น
• สามารถใช้แต้มสะสมเป็นส่วนลดได้ 1 ครั้งต่อเดือนเท่านั้น
• สำหรับออเดอร์ที่ใช้แต้มสะสมเป็นส่วนลด คุณลูกค้าจะไม่ได้รับแต้มสะสมจากออเดอร์ดังกล่าว
• เราขอสงวนสิทธิ์ในการจัดโปรโมชั่นพิเศษสำหรับการใช้แต้ม
• เราขอสงวนสิทธิ์ในการงดให้ลูกค้าใช้แต้มสะสมแลกเป็นส่วนลดได้ในเดือนธันวาคมของทุกปี โดยมิต้องแจ้งล่วงหน้า

ออเดอร์ทั้งหมดในร้านเป็น final sale ซึ่งจะถือเป็นที่สิ้นสุด ทางร้านไม่รับเปลี่ยนหรือคืน ยกเว้นกรณีที่สินค้าชำรุด เสียหาย หรือคุณลูกค้าได้รับสินค้าไม่ถูกต้อง
